To whom it is addressed: to anyone who already practices ski mountaineering and wants to learn more and experience the high altitude’s environment.
Abilities requested: ability to ski off track, physical preparation (adequate to face a challenge of 5/6 hours every day, with an elevation gain oscillating between 800 and 1000 m, in high altitude).

Technical description
DAY ONE: first, transportation to Alagna Val Sesia. Then, we use the cable car to reach Punta Indren (3272 m). From here, we climb up to Piramide Vincent (4215 m) and down to Capanna Gnifetti (3647 m), where we spend the night.
DAY TWO: we climb up to Punta Gnifetti (4553 m), crossing the majestic Lys glacier. Then, the descent: we ski downhill, following the same path of the ascent.
Back to Punta Indren.

Info
Individual fee: 270 euros (with a minimum group of three participants) per person.
Included in the fee: the UIAGM Guide’s professional aid and lead and, if necessary, the rent of equipment for self-aid in avalanche (ARTVA, shovel and probe), crampons, harness and ice axe.
Not included in the fee: the half board of the Guide at the hut Capanna Gnifetti (around 73 euros), the tickets of the cable car to and from Alagna-Punta INdren (about 35 euros).
