The name of the peak is the most appropriate, thank to its dominant and scenic location. Classic ascent, extremely busy, perfect for an intermediate level skier. The elevation gain is considerable. The itinerary is built over the wooded area on big slopes (and avalanches’ danger).
Technical description
On the way to Passo del Tonale, next to Forte Strino, we ascend in the direction of the homonym valley. Once reached Malga Strino (1937 m), following the side of the valley, we climb up on the right, over open spaces, until the slopes of summit rocks. Some steep channels take us to the summit. The elevation gain: 1423 m.

Individual fee – 1 person 270 euros, 2 people 150 euros, 3 people 120 euros, 4 or more people 100 euros (per person).
If necessary, the first aid kit for avalanches (ARTVA, shovel and probe) is included in the fee, on request.
