Very scenic and satisfying mountaineering itinerary, with great historical interest linked to the events of the White War in Adamello.
Technical description
Ascent from the Borzago valley to Rifugio Carè Alto (2451 m). Overnight in the hut.
The following day ascent on the military path to the Sella di Niscli (2937 m) from which we climb the Vedretta di Lares which we will follow uphill to the rocky wall that emerges close to the Cima Del Corno di Cavento. Climbing up easy rocks you will soon reach the summit.
A few meters from the top it is possible to visit the museum at high altitude obtained from the recovery of a trench dug by Austrian soldiers during the First World War.

Info
Individual fee – 1 person = 450 euros, 2 people = 250 euros, 3 people = 180 euros.
Not included in the fee: the half board of the Guide for the night spent in the hut (which will be taken care for by participants).
It’s possible to rent the equipment (crampons, ice axe and harness).
