Perfect for those who already go sport climbing (at the crag or indoor) and want to get closer to this fascinating activity, learning progression techniques and developing belay skills, under the supervision of a professional. The course will take place in Valle del Sarca’s crags.
Technical description
- DAY ONE: meet up at 8.30 in Arco. Lesson about equipment for a safe progression. Review of basic climbing skills (a day at the crag).
- DAY TWO: preparation of belay anchors using natural and artificial elements. Deepening of movement skills on the rock (a day at the crag).
- DAY THREE: sport climbing ascent with protections and fixed anchors, descent abseiling (one guide every two participants).
- DAY FOUR: ascent on a classic climbing route (one guide every two participants).

The course is guaranteed with a minimum group of 4 participants and can take place over four consequent days or two weekends. For private groups: it can be organized in dates of your choice.
