Two days of ski mountaineering among the glaciers of Adamello, following the traces of the First World War, discovering numerous evidences of the battles. Final descent: 2400 m.
Technical description
Itinerary divided in two days.
- DAY ONE: ascent with the cable car from Passo Tonale to Passo Presena (3000 m), descent until Rifugio Mandrone (2449 m) and ascent to the Rifugio Caduti dell’Adamello alla Lobbia Alta (3020 m). Walking time: 4h.
- DAY TWO: ascent to Cannone di Cresta Croce (3300 m), descent to Ghiacciaio Mandrone, ascent to Passo Venezia and descent to Pisgana. Then, ascent to Passo Tonale with the cable car. Included in the fee: Guide’s professional aid and lead, ride from Malè to Tonale and back.
